Questions before you order?
Will I see my design before it's made?
Yes — our online designer shows a live preview. We print exactly what you approve, so please double-check names, dates and spelling.
How fast will it arrive?
Usually 2–4 business days across Cyprus, 5–7 to Greece and 7–14 worldwide. Engraved items need 1–2 extra days and garments 2–3.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on orders over €40. You can also pick up your order from our Nicosia workshop, Monday to Friday, 09:00–16:30.
What if it arrives damaged or wrong?
Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or refund you — no stress.
Can I return it?
Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days, unused and in their original packaging. Personalised items are made just for you, so they're only returnable if faulty or not as ordered.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Checkout is processed securely by Shopify and your card details are never stored by us.
